Wow! Happy to see my digital painting of Natalie Portman on her Official Website!

A little story on how how it went:
- one day I whatched (for the umpteenth time!) Closer
- Inspired by Natalie I decide to open Photoshop

..one night after (and some shaken Campari on my desk!) ..

- "Oh! Not too bad!!"
- Remained saved on my computer for a while...
- One day my girlfriend convinced/forced me to be more active on social medias
- ...That's not happened...!!!

- She took the situation in her hands and decided to put the painting on my Twitter
- Looking daily my email...
- "Retweet","favorites", "Retweet...Retweet".. what's happening???
- Now the painting is on Natalie Portman's official website.

"BABY COMICS" - THE NEW 3D CONTEST BY TREDDI.COM

Treddi.com presents "Baby Comics", the new contest for 3D artists and not only sponsored by Pixologic™, LUMINA, 3DCONNEXION and 3DWS.
The idea is absolutely original and at the same time leaves the artists free to shows their immagination and creativity.
The goal is to imagine the "baby" version (known also as "super deformed") of one of the characters of the comics. Can you immagine a baby Spiderman or a baby Wolverine?

I'm curious to see and judge the ideas and the creations of the partecipants!

CIDADE DE COPA by Squint/Opera: WINNER CG ARCHITECTURAL 3D AWARDS 2013

As you could see on my website one of the last project that I worked on at Squint/Opera is "Cidade de Copa", a series of 2 video realized for the project of the new stadium in Brazil designed for the 2013 FIFA Confederations Cup and 2014 FIFA World Cup.

I'm glad to announce that the project, after being nominated among the finalists has been proclaimed winner of the ARCHITECTURAL 3D AWARDS 2013 for the section "Film (commissioned).

The CGarchitect Architectural 3D Awards are the largest awards event for the architectural visualization industry. Now in its 10th year, the awards attract entries from top studios, freelancers and students from around the world.

"THE GREAT GATSBY" MAKING OF

Amazing work on "The Great Gatsby".
I'm impressive about the quantity of CG on the scenes. Impossible to think a movie like this withouth visual effects. 
Lets to recognize the right value of the vfx!
